We can provide all aspects of building from small home alterations/repairs to full scale Brick & Block / Timber Frame extensions & Loft conversions, Because we can provide all the trades we can take the hassle of trying to find reputable tradesmen and we have a trusted team of trades that follow our values of customer satisfaction.
All building work is performed in a safe and clean environment, we know how much distribution it can cause so we try to keep this to a minimum.
Trades Provided; Brick laying, Carpentry (1st & 2nd Fix), Roofing (inc VELUX ,Slate & EPDM),
uPVC Door & Window installation, Dry Lining, Plastering,
Painting & Decorating, Electrics, Plumbing (inc GAS using our GAS SAFE engineers).
Plans & Regulations
We have many years experience in the building industry and ensure we are upto date with every change and new development ensuring we can provide the best and correct information for all our customers. We can provide knowledge on Construction methods, Planning & Building Regulations. We pride ourselves on being there to help give you the answers to questions that sometimes are difficult to get from other sources.
With so many different styles of buildings now it can sometimes be hard to picture what an alteration or new extension would look like so we can provide 3D drawings and video of a project giving you the chance to see if it meets your needs and expectations also giving the opportunity to change anything that may not be right. When you have decided on the project we can provide the plans that would be needed for planning applications along with the appropriate amount of copies.
We understand how stressful a build can be so if required we can take care of everything from the first design - planning applications - trades - build - building control inspections and final sign off. We work alongside you to ensure the project stays on time and budget giving you peace of mind throughout the whole experience.
Ground Work
We have the knowledge and skills to perform all types of groundwork from a simply patio/driveway to house foundations and out-building concrete slabs & concrete piles. This can be a very messy task but with the use of skips and roadside grab lorries we can ensure the mess is not around for long.
Some extensions require underground drainage to be installed to facilitate a new kitchen or en suite so we can install this at the same time as the foundations and can be connected to the mains sewage line or into a new or old septic tank. If you have any other requirement for waste management please let us know as we are sure we will be able to help.
Timber Frame & Surveys
With the ever increasing Bad weather we can build a timber frame extension in half the time of a brick and block equivalent saving you money and the inconvenience of building work. Timber frame methods along with the ever changing developments in the insulation industry give us the means to provide fantastic heating and insulation values which in turn will help lower your ever rising fuel bills. Timber frame can be used in 90% of projects so just let us know how we can help.
